A successful textile company is first of all a reliable company for its customers.
It has to be reliable both in terms of meeting delivery dates and the quality it dispatches.
We think that the main reason for delays in deliveries of fabrics are quality related issues.
We know that the majority of delays in deliveries come from un reliable suppliers, bad quality production, re processing of fabrics, re productions due to rejections at any stage of the value chain. We think that quality lies in production controls, not in inspections.
We are also strong believers of the saying: “garbage in, garbage out”, meaning that in manufacturing and in textiles in particular, no significant correction or improvement can be done along the processing of lots if out of standard quality is introduced at any stage.
We also know that one point of quality improvement is economically more important than two points in increase of productivity.
These are the guidelines that we follow when we state that we work with companies who think that quality has to be assessed, planned and managed.
