Cost planning, control and reduction

We have been taking care of running costs in textile mills in many different countries.
Overall, we think that cost reduction is a process that progressively moves from basic increase of productivity and waste monitoring to more sophisticated plans while moving up in the value chain.

However production may always be important from spinning to fabric processing, we think our value addition to mills is our attention and experience in strategic planning of production and collections, our knowledge of alternative processing sequences and recipes and our comprehension of lean production, efficiency and flexibility.
