how-do-we-workWe do know that your company has its own history and traditions and we do not intend to apply to your working environment pre existing frames. Most probably, they would not meet your expectations. However, we do know what performances a textile company has to achieve, to be competitive on the market, be it the domestic or the international one.

Our approach is always and first of all let the customer talk about his company, and try to understand why he thinks he now needs some external help.
To do this, we also use self assessment reports we ask the customers to fill up. They will be the base from where the analysis will start.

We have to understand together what the exact expectations of the consultancy project are.

We need to find out if there are means to measure properly the results we are targeting and write down with you a “success matrix” where all Key Performance Indicators are identified and values to be achieved clear, achievable and engaging. If data are not available or we agree with the customer that they are not reliable, the first part of any project will be dedicated to data collection and “in depth” analysis.

We want to have a fair scenario about “who will do what” within the customer team.
As each and every one of the tasks of the consultancy project will start to unroll, persons to work with, persons to keep updated about results and persons who will sign out all possible changes will be identified with you.
