Pangea Fabrics and Consulting: our name says it all.
We are a team of international textile professionals who work in yarn, fabric manufacturing and in consultancy activities to industries all over the world.
We do only what we know in depth, relying on the success history of our team members in their specific domains.
All of us have “hands on” experience in the specific consultancy projects we get involved into. Even though
we cannot involve all of us in each and every project, we share our knowledge, values and working culture within the team.
We commit into new challenges only when we are sure that we are in a position to give substantial value addition to our customers, no matter if we are serving garment makers with our fabrics, a textile mill with a technical consultancy or an international fiber manufacturer within a marketing project.
We know that textile industry and market is a mature segment of the economy, but we think it is a complex environment.
We do not jump to conclusions, as we think there are no magic wands in our job.
We invest time in data collection, analysis and validation with our customers, before planning any intervention.
We are so convinced of the complexity of this industry, that even though we do use international perfomance and quality benchmarks, we think each and every situation and company has to be considered as unique.
We look for sustained solutions in the long term.
Any suggestion, plan and implementation is meant to last as a guideline for our customers. We think that our role as consultants is not only to solve problems, but to transfer our knowledge and attitude to our customers’ teams, whatever level: top management, staff or workers. We consider training as an important part of our job.
We strongly believe that we are partners of our customers and we look for long standing business relations.
Wherever we think conditions are met, we do encourage contracts where we share risks, connecting our fees to measurable results and customer satisfaction.
* Pangea, also spelled Pangea, in early geologic time, a supercontinent that incorporated almost all the landmasses on Earth.
Pangea was surrounded by a global ocean called Panthalassa. The supercontinent began to break apart about 200 million years ago, eventually forming the modern continents and the Atlantic and Indian oceans. www.britannica.com
